ALEXANDRA (ALEX) WILSON
Accredited Mental Health Social Worker & Practice Director
Alex obtained her Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Sydney in 2003. Since then, she has had experience in both the public & private mental health sectors. Alex opened Mindful Recovery Services in 2010 & has built a reputation for high quality care within the NSW Central Coast community.
Alex is passionate & highly skilled in CBT, DBT & trauma therapy. She operates from an anti-oppressive approach & advocates strongly for the challenging of stigma associated with mental illness.

Alicia Coleman
Alicia holds a Master of Social Work and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and is an Accredited Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health sector, Alicia’s recent work has focused on providing counselling services to university students and a local NGO focused on suicide prevention.
A gentle and empathetic clinician, Alicia creates a safe and nurturing space for clients to heal, grow, and build the skills needed to navigate life’s challenges.
She integrates evidence-based approaches into her practice, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
Alicia has extensive experience working with young adults and students, addressing a range of concerns such as anxiety, stress, life transitions, depression, and grief.
Alicia currently has session available on Mondays & Wednesdays.

Michelle Cuneo
Counsellor
Michelle, is dedicated to helping people unlock their potential, build resilience, and find practical solutions to life’s challenges. She creates a safe, supportive space where you can gain clarity, understand your emotions, and navigate difficult situations with greater confidence.
Specialising in evidence-based approaches such as DBT, CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solutions-Focused Therapy, Michelle offers targeted support for emotional wellbeing, mental health, and navigating life transitions. With advanced training in areas like relationships, conflict resolution, resilience, and positive psychology wellbeing coaching, Michelle is skilled in guiding individuals through personal growth, overcoming obstacles, and enhancing self-awareness.

Michelle is well versed in treatment for complex trauma & other complex mental health issues.
Holding a Master’s degree in Communication, Michelle understands the profound impact language has on shaping thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. She is a qualified, ACA-registered counsellor and is currently expanding her expertise through a Master’s in Counselling at UNE.
With over 15 years of experience in community services, non-profit allied health, and private practice settings, Michelle is known for her caring, solution-focused style that makes her a trusted partner in helping clients create lasting change, growth, and improved wellbeing.
Michelle currently has sessions available Tuesdays & Fridays.
